Andresa Carla Feihrmann

Graduated in Food Engineering at  Regional University of Upper Uruguay and Missions (2000), Specialization in Food Technology at Regional University of Upper Uruguay and Missions (2004) and Master's degree (2005) and PhD in Food Engineering by the Integrated Regional University of Upper Uruguay and Missions (2013). She is currently an adjunct professor in the Food Engineering course at Maringá State University. Has experience in Food Science and Technology, focusing on Meat Technology.
